Who we are

The Cameroon Inter Professional Group of Entrepreneurs (CIPGE) works to :

• The development and sustainability of TPE, SE, ME, Start-ups and Craft Enterprises in Cameroon through the implementation of an operational and personalized support system for the problems of - TPE, SE, ME and Start-ups ;
• Promotion of a framework for reflection for the search for adequate solutions aimed at improving the working and living conditions of VSEs, SEs, Start-ups and Craft Companies ;
• The gradual migration and supervision of companies from the informal sector to the formal sector and the support of young graduates or not in their socio-professional integration ;
• Collaboration with professional associations and companies of very small, small and medium sizes.

Faire de la TPE, PE, ME, START-UP et Entreprise Artisanale le cœur du développement de l’économie Camerounaise. Cette vision s’articule sur plusieurs points :

• La proximité et écoute des TPE, PE, ME, START-UP et Entreprises Artisanales ;
• La promptitude à trouver des solutions aux besoins des TPE, PE, ME, Start-up et Entreprises Artisanales ;
• La veille informationnelle pour tout ce qui concerne les TPE, PE, ME, START-UP et Entreprises Artisanales ;
• Le respect des engagements auprès des partenaires et collaborateurs ;
• Les services adaptés aux besoins des TPE, PE, ME, START-UP et Entreprises Artisanales
• La solidarité et l’équité entre les membres et les collaborateurs.

The main organs are :

1. The General Assembly of Members which is the legislative and supreme body ;
2. The National Executive Office which is the strategic, supervisory and operational body ;
3. The Regional Executive Offices which are the operational and administrative bodies at the regional level ;
4. The disciplinary commission which is the judicial body ;
5. The technical committees, which constitute meeting and consultation frameworks within which company representatives rub shoulders with their peers, obtain information, share their experiences, analyze situations and make proposals ;
6. The council of the wise ;
7. Subsidiary organs which prove to be necessary may be created in accordance with these statutes.

• L’accompagnement dans la rédaction du business plan ;
• L’accompagnement à la recherche de financement ;
• L’accompagnement à la recherche des débouchés ;                       
• L’accompagnement à la rédaction des manuels de procédures et autres documents administratifs ;
• Le suivi opérationnel et stratégique ;              
• L’assistance-conseils fiscaux et comptabilité ;
• L’organisation et le traitement de comptabilité, reporting et DSF annuelle ;
• La déclaration fiscales et sociales périodiques ;      
• L’assistance conseil en organisation et gestion ;
• L’assistance à la démarche qualité, la mise en conformité et la norme ;
• L’accompagnement à la migration de l’informel vers le formel ;
• L’accompagnement à la publicité et à la promotion des produits ;
• La formation et la capacitation des entrepreneurs.
